6 WEEKS ONLINE · STARTS JULY 13
Mondays · July 13 – August 17 · 6–7:30 pm PT
And it's not that you lack the words or the courage. It's that the moment arrives and your nervous system goes into protection mode. Your voice gets smaller. Your body braces. You soften, shrink, apologize before you even speak.
This pattern has been running you for so long that it feels like the truth about who you are. Like maybe you really are someone who doesn't speak up. Who can't handle conflict. Who's meant to be agreeable and safe and small.
Except you know that's a lie!!
You feel the real version of you inside. You know what you actually want to say. You know the songs you want to share. You know the boundaries you want to set.
The gap between who you actually are and who your voice allows you to be is exhausting, and it costs you: in rooms that matter, in relationships that could be deeper, in the creativity, the sexuality, the leadership that's still locked inside because your body doesn't feel safe enough to let it out.
Your voice isn't the problem. Your nervous system is protecting you from a threat that doesn't exist anymore. And here's what's possible: your body can learn that your power is actually safe.
Every week we use EFT tapping to clear the survival wiring that made silence feel safer than speaking and singing. You'll feel the shift in your body AND your psyche.
You'll practice stopping the pattern of apologizing! Practice speaking a real boundary, making a real request, grounded and safe in your body. We'll do it live, together, in a space full of women doing the same.
The approval loop - the one that makes you monitor every room and calibrate how much of yourself is allowed - gets replaced with authentic confidence.
Using Michael Stillwater's SongSourcing method, you'll channel original songs that give you the messages you need for your reclamation.
Your critic learned to silence you to keep you safe. We thank it, update it, and give it a new job. Each cohort of Vocal Freedom has named this the single biggest shift.
"I am a woman who confidently uses her authentic voice and owns her power." By Week 6, that's not an affirmation, it's a fact you've proven to yourself, in community.
Maybe you learned that women judge, compete, or compare when you were younger. In this container, you'll experience something different: sisters who witness, celebrate, and uplift you as you reclaim your voice. The community itself becomes part of the medicine, and the healing comes through each other.
Each session is 90 minutes on Mondays at 6–7:30 pm PT. All sessions recorded. Every week includes energy practices, vocal warmups, EFT tapping, role playing, medicine song teaching, and live song channeling practice.
Identify the specific moments, people, and messages that taught you to make yourself smaller as you apologized for taking up space and start tapping them out of your body, one by one. Learn our foundational energy practice for holding yourself in a grounded, powerful way in any moment.
Reclaiming the voice that got punished for being too loud, too much, or taking up too much space. We go directly to that relational wound and start undoing the bargain you made: "I'll make myself smaller so you'll still want me."
Speak your truth: not just in songs, but in real life. Practice speaking a real limit out loud and tap on the fear response that comes up in real time, together, so you leave feeling confidently able to assert a boundary, any time you need it.
Untangling your voice from needing to be liked. Break the surveillance habit and practice expressing without first checking for permission. Become a Permissionary for your own authentic truth, grounded and embodied from the inside out.
Write and channel from your sovereign self. Using Michael Stillwater's SongSourcing method, channel original music from your reclamations and explore what becomes possible when power is present.
We will celebrate the end of our container with sharing, singing, and a real-world power voice commitment. Graduates report walking into rooms with more confidence and power six weeks out.
"I had a confrontational experience with one of my communities — and I took a really strong stand for my value and voiced all the details of it. I feel really proud of myself for doing that. That was vocal freedom in action."
— Lisa LaCroix
Victoria gave me the priceless gift of recognizing myself as a singer. Allowing me to offer my first song in ceremony, enjoy singing with my partner, and go from being the quietest to the loudest one in a song circle.
— A
"I just feel less anxious in general. Now I'm able to let whatever comes out come out, no perfectionism. That's a celebration."
— Renee
"The biggest shift was the inner critic. I can really see and feel it now, and talk to it. It's more like the blockages that were holding me back just aren't there the same way anymore."
— M
"I deeply know that my voice is for myself. I role-model that now for other women in my work. Women who tell the story that whatever they create is never enough — I can reflect something back to them. I got that from this course."
— Celeste
"I've been playing music for more than 50 years, and within a few sessions Victoria helped me identify and alleviate the causes of my performance anxiety in a safe, low-stress manner. I wish I had found her earlier."
— Jane
